How to set Email Signatures in Webmail

Webmail allows you to set up custom signatures for your emails. An email signature is a text that is automatically added at the end of your email message. It can be your contact information, disclaimer or your favorite quote.

In this article we will discuss how to set up email signatures using Roundcude, SquirrelMail & Horde.

Follow the steps bellow to create your email signature in your preferred email client. The default webmail application at Shujaa Host is Roundcube and this is what we will start with. This guide assumes that you are already logged into your webmail email account. If you are not logged in yet, please log in first.

How to create an Email Signature in Roundcube

  1. Select Roundcube if not already your default webmail.
  2. Click on “Settings” at the top right side of the page.
  3. On the Settings page, click on the “Identities” Tab.
  4. Click on the email address in the second column.
  5. From the third column, scroll down to Signature section and fill in your e-mail signature.
  6. Click on Save when you are done.

How to create an Email Signature in SquirrelMail

  1. Select SquirrelMail if not already your default webmail.
  2. Click on Options at the top of the screen.
  3. Click on Personal Information.
  4. Add your signature in the Signature Box.
  5. Click Submit at the bottom of the page.

How to create an Email Signature in Horde

  1. Select Horde if not already your default webmail.
  2. Click on the Gear Icon>Preferences>Mail.
  3. Click Personal Information.
  4. Select the Default Identity.
  5. Add your signature in the Signature Box.
  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page.
