Enable your computer to be an Access Host before connecting to MySql.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Add IP to access list in order to access the server. By\ndefault all IPs are blocked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For dynamic IP address (That which changes periodically\ndepending on Internet Service Provider (ISP) you must make update to connect IP\nin remote MySql every time it changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Login into cPanel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Go to Databases, click the Remote MySql Icon<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Host field enter the connecting IP Address the click Add Host<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
