An Autoresponder<\/strong> is a feature within your email settings that allows you to automatically send a response when an email is sent to a specific email address.

How do I Setup an AutoResponder in Webmail

  1. Log into webmail.<\/span><\/a>
    \n\t\t\t<\/span><\/li>\n

    Click your email address in the top-right corner, and then click the Autoresponders<\/strong> link.<\/span>

    From the Auto Responders <\/strong>page, current Autoresponders <\/strong>will be listed. Click the Add Auto Responder<\/strong> button.

    To setup your Autoresponder, <\/strong>fill in the fields as described below.

    1. Character Set \u2013 <\/strong>Specify your Autoresponder’s <\/strong>character set. If you do not know which one to use, simply pick utf-8.<\/strong>
      \n\t\t\t\t\t<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Interval \u2013 <\/strong>Specify the number of hours to wait between responses<\/strong> to the same email.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Email – <\/strong>Shows the email<\/strong> address you are setting up the Autoresponder<\/strong> for.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. From \u2013 <\/strong>Indicates the source of the email. Use the same email in the Emails <\/strong>field to avoid confusions.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. Subject \u2013 <\/strong>Type your Autoresponders <\/strong>email title here.
      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. HTML \u2013 <\/strong>Check this if you’ll need to enter HTML into the Body <\/strong>of your email.
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    7. Body \u2013 <\/strong>Type your Autoresponder <\/strong>body in this field.
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    8. Start \u2013 <\/strong>Specify whether this Autoresponder <\/strong>starts immediately or set a custom time.
      \n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
    9. Stop – <\/strong>Set a Custom<\/strong> date for your Autoresponder<\/strong> to stop responding, or set to Never.
